Allison
Quick to respond to my queries and helpful. My only gripe is the Masterclass 3LB tin I bought, although I love it and it's nice and heavy and a good shape, was advertised on their website as being good up to 250C, but on the sleeve around the tin, it stated good to 220C. Bakerybits, when I contacted them, insisted that it would be good to 250C. I am taking their advice and have kept it and my bread has turned out perfectly using the tin, but if the nonstick coating comes off and ends up on the bread, I will be returning it, which they have agreed to. So no complaints at the moment!
