According to my records I have somewhat surprisingly been a customer of Bakery Bits since 2012. During this time I have purchased: 2 Stainless Steel Pizza sheets, a steel cloche, a granite stone, 2 bread peels, maybe a lame or two, bannetons in excess, a linen couche and various dough scrapers. I would have bought an Italian spiral dough mixer also but these had alas sold out. The quality of the items purchased has been very good to exceptional. They have served and continue to serve me well and all orders made with this company have been promptly delivered with the minimum of fuss. It is often said that the worth of a company may be gauged by their response when things go wrong and on this I cannot comment for NOTHING has EVER gone amiss. The only thing (and I am struggling here) is that I do wish the embossed logo on their plastic dough scraper was either missing or less raised as it is irritatingly difficult to clean occasioning more than a few "colorful (U.S.sp.) metaphors" over the years. Good people to do business with.
