I have used the Bathpool Mill Loaf Pan to make a 400g Loaf (83.25% Red Lamas Flour {Ground in the ‘Mockmill 100’purchased from BakeryBits} / 16.75% Strong White Flour). It looks good and tastes good. The pan required only a gentle wash in warm water to be ready to bake the next loaf. Am I pleased with the pan? Yes, I am!
