I recently ordered my Challenger Bread Pan after much “humming & Hawing” whether I could justify the expense. Well I’m pleased to say, it’s worth every penny. The pan arrive really quickly and the same day I baked my first sourdough loaf After struggling with sourdough in the past, this time it was so easy and the bread turned out amazing The rise was brilliant and the crust super crispy. Needless to say, there have been many more cooked in the last 2 weeks and each one a triumph I am now looking at all the other items on Bakery Bits and will definitely be ordering very soon
