My most recent success in bread baking was a prize winning fortified, mixed seed and grain brown loaf. Among the various flours used were Matthews Cotswold Crunch ancient grains and Matthews Dark Rye. Both supplied to me by Bakery Bits, and whose product range and customer service I believe are second to none.
