They delivered the balloons to my fathers 80th birthday to the wrong address. There is nothing more to say other than that they are incompetent in their core business. Completely ruined the surprise. I specifically used them as they could meet the timelines. Very very disappointing and no "were sorry we messed up" is going to make up for the loss of surprise on a special day.
