“I have ordered from Balloon Monkey on a numbers of occasions in the past so thought nothing of it on this occasion. Three balloons in the bunch, one of them started deflating after a few days. The other two are still going strong, fully inflated, as expected. It is therefore very obvious that the one deflated ballon was in some way defective.
Having contacted via email got the typical spiel of expect deflation after 4-6 days. Nope! Sorry but I don't given numerous past experiences they should stay deflated for much longer that that. Especially given that they charge and extortionate £30 for the bunch.
Absolutely not worth the money and if this is the poor standard of product and service these days, then my advice is to purchase from another company.
I gave this two stars instead of one, because, to be fair, the balloons were delivered on time.”
“Ordered birthday balloons to be sent to a holiday lodge. Despite the recipient being present during the one hour slot promised by dpd - no delivery was made and says on tracking info - sorry we missed you. No attempt made to contact on phone or deliver to main building where full time reception is”

I sent a picture along with an email to the company and 5 days on I have still not had a reply.
I have rang them on numerous occasions and no one picks up the telephone..
This is the first time I have Ever left a review, I’m totally disgusted as the balloons cost £45 and this morning 2 of the ; balloons are going down..
