The worst travel experience in my life!! Do not book with Bamba. They are completely disorganised, unhelpful and a total rip off!
I had to hound them for my itinerary 7 days before i was to leave for Japan. They changed all of my accommodation 2 days after i was already in japan, with NO notification. They changed pick up points with NO notification, so i missed tours. There was no airport transfer as stipulated in the itinerary. They argued with me about semantics every time i contacted them. I have no idea what i payed thousands of dollars to them for
