Update on Order - it appears that Royal Mail deelvered to the wrong address, but the process of establishing this has been painful - numerous emails followed by the sending of a picture of someone else's door in a block of flats when ours is a house with a door opening onto a street.
Like others have said, the customer service and complaints process is horrible and I wished I'd read up before ordering, but a small non-urgent order previously aarrrived OK. We've used other printers and suppliers over the years and when a problem occurs, they send out replacements rather than haggle over whether the items were delivered or not. Now found a different printer (at slightly lower cost) and will now never need to suffer the pain of these printers again,
