“I found banana prints online tool much easier to use than others that I tried and their prices much better and more affordable for smaller amounts. As a dyslexic I make mistakes easily but with this company it does not cost me so much to try again . The shopping process was easy , quality great , just as shown and promised and delivery speedy. Thank you banana print and Deanna who hand packed my parcel.”

“Wish I’d read the negative reviews first. Very unprofessional company that has inadequate customer service, had to chase my complaint. It only arrives next day if you sit in waiting for the parcel force man as they won’t leave it without a signature. I ended up having to pay extra and then go and collect from the post office. Banana print couldn’t care less. AVOID”

“5 minutes agoNEW I order bussines card , i paid all ok and after 3 day they sent email to confirm if i whant to go ahed ! I call them i confirm over the phone ! After 6 day i call again to see wher is my order and they told i need to confirm again ! Not recomand at all ! When you whant to contact them again they don t respond to your phone ! If you said on the phone you whant to talk whit the manager they close your call! Rubish company !”

“I ordered my business cards with this company and the next day I received an email informing me of the low quality on the print due to low resolution image file. I sent the higher resolution files in the evening and in another day I had received my cards made to a good standard. Very efficient service and great customer service. Will use them for all my upcoming companies.”

“First time ordered from Banana print and I was very impressed with the service. Although I had an issue with the colour and design of my custom designed business cards and it was promptly dealt with and reordered for me. No issue...no quibbling and speedy delivery. I'll definitely use them again.”

“AMAZING service and prints. I ordered 1,000 postcards and 480 stickers at 6.30pm on a Friday night, received an email on Monday at 10 to say my order had been printed, another at 11 to say it had been dispatched and the parcel arrived at 10am on Tuesday! Beautiful quality product (although I already expected that from their lovely sample set). Very happy customer and would definitely order from them again.”

“Poor website. When I had designed my card and ordered, they then charged me more because it was double sided. Surely this can be sorted out at the website stage? Wouldn’t order again.”

“Very quick service, resolved a slight glitch with print lettering colours immediately and sent new set of cards, to replace the others in less than 22 hours, free of charge! Will recommend to all and use again as great quality and super helpful customer services.”

“Absolutely horrendous service. 24 hour business cards is a complete lie, their courier service is even worse, and possibly the worst thing about the company is their customer service team - who seemingly don't exist and wont respond to any queries. Stay well away, many more reputable companies that can offer much better services.”
