“Wish I’d read the negative reviews first. Very unprofessional company that has inadequate customer service, had to chase my complaint. It only arrives next day if you sit in waiting for the parcel force man as they won’t leave it without a signature. I ended up having to pay extra and then go and collect from the post office. Banana print couldn’t care less. AVOID”

“5 minutes agoNEW I order bussines card , i paid all ok and after 3 day they sent email to confirm if i whant to go ahed ! I call them i confirm over the phone ! After 6 day i call again to see wher is my order and they told i need to confirm again ! Not recomand at all ! When you whant to contact them again they don t respond to your phone ! If you said on the phone you whant to talk whit the manager they close your call! Rubish company !”

“Absolutely horrendous service. 24 hour business cards is a complete lie, their courier service is even worse, and possibly the worst thing about the company is their customer service team - who seemingly don't exist and wont respond to any queries. Stay well away, many more reputable companies that can offer much better services.”

“Rubbish. Ordered and paid for items to be delivered before Saturday 2pm today. Did not arrive. Wished I had double-checked Trustpilot as it seems a common occurrence with this company providing undelivered items. Guess it's always better to stick with reputable companies like Vista Print than go with the likes of these never heard of.”

“I done order paid money and did not received my delivery. The delivery company came with all sorts of lies and all so I had to go to bank to get my money back. Shame on you and on companies you have contracts with. Just shame you are liars and time wasters”

“Banana print needs to review their contract with the delivery company if they don't want lose the customer. I have to claim my money back as no delivery has been made and delivery company had a cheek to send me a message that delivery card has been left when in fact all day I was waiting at home for parcel to be delivered. I'm not paying for an air.”

“Avoid this company if you want what they advertise. Cheap is only relevant if they offer the service and goods you ordered. In my experience they didn't and their response was inaccurate and condescending when I told them that a 24hr express turnaround order had still not arrived three days later and was subsequently irrelevant and useless. Life's too short to waste time with shysters like this.”

“very unhappy with this company, ordered a mug from them as they advertised 24hr turnaround for a birthday present - no apology for the fact it was dispatched 48 hours later and then was ‘lost by carrier’ - 5 days later finally replied to my e-mails and sent me replacement next day which was so badly packaged it smashed in post...they haven’t replied to my e-mail Still no mug for my friends birthday.”

“They changed my design without any consultation. They then agreed to reprint. 1 week after order still no correct product. No compensation offered for loss. Still insisted on charging. Quality of cards good, just wrong design.”

“They did not deliver my business cards to the agreed design as the area which should have been printed in blue color was printed in black. I have contacted them about it 5 days ago and still haven't had any response.”
