I have been a client for +12 years. My account is not accessible since February.
I live in Belgium, so I can not go to an office for some time (tried to, but their local office is closed forever).
I have filled in about 20 online forms, mailed them about 10 times, called them.. whatever..
My account is still unreachable. I have no idea what my balance is at this moment (different amount of payment are withdrawn each month). It is a complete stressful event at the moment, because all of my Spanish bills or automatically withdrawn from this account. Mortgage, taxes..
It is simply impossible to get any information about my own account at the moment. And they are incapable of resolving this in 3 months.
It's a disgrace, especially since the monthly bankfees are enormous!
