Incompetent, rude staff, in branch and on the phone. Constantly given different explanations to the same questions. They eventually did refund quite a lot of money, as I pointed out that they had never informed me of new charges. However, they still owe money. When I left, I gave them my new account details, as I was expecting a refund onto my card whilst I was still using the Sabadell account. They still have not transferred the money and denied I'd provided my new account details
I forwarded the email as proof and they now refuse to reply!
I have friends who have had similar/worse experiences, huge quarterly charges without notice, useless insurance policies etc.
Avoid like the plague!
