1. Agents refuse to listen and only read first line of emails
2. Agents close cases without investigation
3. No procedure available to challenge decisions. Told on the phone by an agent, you cannot appeal our decisions or make a complaint here.
4. Total chaos in terms of internal organisation (I think it is on purpose to make you give up)
5. For an insurance claim, their ‘professional’ came to the house, looked through a grill with a phone torch and made a ‘professional’, unchallengeable decision
6. Took them 1 year to provide us with a credit card. Still waiting for 2nd credit card despite being sent around Barcelona to pick up a non-existant credit card by the International Hub service
