Fined me for no income during coronavirus lockdown.
Utterly disgusted!
Its not the first time they have taken money without my consent.
Stupidly, they have made it impossible to take money out at an ATM with a bank card, forcing customers to use their App instead.
In my experience, having banked with 9 other banks in 5 countries, this one is the worst and most frustrating.
In my experience, this is a greedy bank lacking reason and accountability.
