Unfortunately, my customer service experience was not good. The only item that was not supposed to be included was the 5V/1A USB adapter. However, my two packages did not include the magnet as shown in this uploaded photo. I tried and tried to get that part but to no avail -- I got stoned walled. I had to purchase magnets at almost 1/2 the price of the whole unit to get the sensor to work! The magnets can be purchased in lots of 10 at Amazon for $6.06. I'm sure in China this part is less than $0.10 a piece. Why I got stoned wall over this is beyond my comprehension. The good news was that every thing worked as advertised. Except for that little part, it would have been a five start experience.
