I ordered Leather hand sewn ankle boots as advertised.Misrepresented as leather they are PLASTIC.
Received a pair of smelly plastic boots,Returned, cost of boots £29.50 plus £8.80 postage after about 3/4 weeks credited the cost of the boots but keep saying they will credit postage,now they say problem with account to contact PayPal,have done .
Must have sent about 20 emails to 3 different departments.
