A new customer with Banggood. I ordered two separate radio controlled models from them. First a £82 "Ready to Fly" drone was received unboxed in bubble wrap, minus controller, battery, manual, spares and case. Second RC helicopter was cancelled by the supplier, surprisingly I didn't receive an automatic refund of my £40 purchase price. I won't be using Banggood again.. I'll stick with UK based suppliers in future.
