According to my order number 86221411 I was very disappointed and frustrated because I ordered an electric bike, it came with a problem with the lights and the warranty was supposed to fix it, I followed all your instructions, sent the videos and proofs of the issues and you never offered me a solution and also ignored my emails. Finally I decided to fix it on my own, spent money on it, so at the end something cheap turned into something expensive. Thanks for nothing.
