Viewing final costs (incl delivery, GST, etc) could be made more transparent and up front, however, I have always been very pleased with range and value of items available, and have had no lasting issues with items ordered. The rare instances of goods failing under warranty or not being delivered have always been dealt with promptly and efficiently.
