Banggood has a very disorganised and dysfunctional, uncoordinated and uninformed customer service. In November 2020, I had an order cancelled because (as they claim) I could not be identified as the cardholder. I sent more than 50 emails regarding refund and had inconsistent replies from different persons, most saying something new and unrelated to the previous. I finally received the refund in my account in January 2021. That's a long wait. In February 2021, I contacted them to order the same items. I took steps to identify myself as the the cardholder. They assured me all will be well. I went ahead and placed the order. Two days later, I was informed the items couldn't be delivered because Shipping isn't available to Cote d'Ivoire. How and why would a company not know where shipping is possible and not possible so that customers wouldn't even be able to place orders? They said they'll apply full refund. To make things worse, the next morning, they went ahead to make unauthorised and unjustified debits from my card/account. I consider that as theft. Such should not happen. As a result of these bad experiences, I have no plans to ever purchase items from the website. Never again.
