A GREAT Amazon Alternative/supplement (if you have reasonable expectations on shipping times; not for the impatient!). The prices are well worth the wait if the item has to travel from overseas. Also, their customer support has always been polite, helpful, and has made sure any problems I've had (not many) have been resolved. The most recent being a problem with some firmware I installed on the manufacturer's website of a microscope camera I purchased (it was NOT Banggood's fault). After upgrading my firmware on the manufacturer's website, my 48MP picture-taking resolution was downgraded to 20 MP. Thankfully, Banggod was able to contact the manufacturer and provided several versions of firmware until my camera was back to the 48 MP (8000 x 6000). But the firmware I ended up with is actually BETTER than the original firmware. Not only were they able to make sure my microscope camera resolution was restored back to the original 48MP resolution, I now have video recording options I didn't have with the original firmware. So I technically received an upgrade by reaching out, being patient and polite, until we found a solution that worked! (I will attach images that support my claim) Based on my experience with Banggood and their customer support staff, I highly recommend adding Banggood to your online shopping needs!
