Since they felt the need to ship orders which were cancelled, yes this is theft. The stole my money, shipped order cancelled multiple times, close account to avoid refund. This is a condensed version of my Banggood experience. They continue to avoid customer service beyond the usual lies. If this is how you wish to be treated, open an account and place an order to find out for yourself how bad an idea it was
