The material received is exactly the same as the previous one: the battery does not charge. However, the power supply does provide no-load voltage, but the power light (red / green) starts flashing when I connect the battery. Anyway, a disaster. I have already bought another one on Amazon (more expensive, but it works). I now close this chapter, after so many months trying to solve it, I can't take it anymore.
