Yes . They are good devices. The only drawback is that the filter capacitors are not the ones that need 470uF but 150uF at 450v. And the pulse capacitors are smaller 3 × 2uF instead of 2 × 4uF. But it wasn't a problem. I changed them. Probably the manufacturer did not have in stock at that time, and put smaller. Otherwise it's okay. Respectfully
