Item was packaged insecurely. Item was received damaged and contained a very bad smell.
Neck post that attaches to head was bent in transit. Missing additional items listed in package. I also had a hard time trying to contact seller for any delivery updates, no communication. I do not have the time or resources to return this damaged item so it looks like I am out $272.00 dollars.
I will not do business with Bangood again.
