During that time the purchased items have always been of good to excellent quality; should a confusion or misunderstand occurr when ordering, it is my experience that the problem has been quickly resolved to our mutual satisfaction. Having been a purchasing officer my orders have always been made well proir to when the item is required, so delivery has never been an issue with me. Arthough I notice that orders arrive quicker now than at the beginning. Overall, my wish is that our dealings will continue.
