Banggood is a very serious company. I had problems with a product I bought from their website. It's a Blitzwolf gaming chair.
The backrest broke after 5 months of use and I contacted them. With no additional costs, they shipped me a new backrest.
Also had an issue with another product and got a full refund. They are really commited to your good experience. I have also bought other products, everything arrived in perfect conditions and quickly.
