I received the Sentaba ESC I ordered, it arrived in good condition. I installed it on my my sail boat which has a back up motor. This ESC is bidirectional type, I used chan. 2 the throttle control. This control is spring loaded, the center is the stop position. In this position the motor was running. I adjusted the sub trim on chan 2 the 50% & that corrected the issue. My boat is under sail most of the time, with spring loaded center I know my motor is off when under. I have yet to do a test in water yet but I think it will be okay, the product is plug & play & it worked as described.
