Banggood is really reliable and good value (especially with items on special offers). Customer service is generally good, if somewhat frustrating sometimes, but it is usually more a language barrier than an unwillingness to assist. Shipping and delivery are reliable and quite cheap, even if on the slow side. Another curiousity is the unnaturally highly rated reviews on their own site catalogue. :)
