During the years that I have been purchasing from Banggood the items purchased have always been as described. Item descriptions are mostly very detailed and very well illustrated.
There have been rare occasions where the product received was not as ordered, or it went missing in transit. When this situation occurred, it was quickly and fairly rectified, once the customer service team were contacted.
My dealing with Banggood should continue well into the future, based upon my past experience.
