I purchased a phone from this website. The sim card tray broke after only a couple days of use. It happens right?Bangood made me jump through hoops. Including posting a YouTube video. Pictures should have been sufficient. One I finally got a return authorization. I sent the phone back. 30 more bucks. Then they closed the return saying not shipped in 15 days which is bs. While there price are good. Customer service is terrible
