The seller used a courier company called UniUni for delivery. I use a Canada Post RPO (Registered Post Office) for my delivery address. I have used this address for Banggood sellers over 50 times. On Sunday, Nov 21, I received a text message from their Vancouver HQ. It advised me that I had an incorrect address and needed to pick up my package at their Ottawa facility within 5 days. No response. On Sunday night, I emailed their Ottawa facility explaining RPO delivery and asking them to put the package on a Monday morning delivery. No response. On Monday, I called the office and a young lady took my information, promising to talk to her delivery team and get back to me. No return call. So Tuesday, I drove 22km to their facility and claimed my package.
