Forget warranty, this is just for advertising... You must know that buying from this site is like gambling, if you have luck to get the product in good condition is ok, after that pray to god for your product to not break down because if you have problems, banggood customer care will do all they can to make you to quit ask for warranty... they will ask you a lot of stupid things as proof and they will ask you a lot of stupid questions, they will suggest you to call a local service for repair but at the same time they warn you that if the device is opened you will lose the warranty just to annoy you and then give up. My fryer came defective from the manufacture, there shouldn't have been a problem replacing the product, but they had the audacious to make me the repair proposal in a local service, so that they could then tell me that the warranty is no longer valid for that the appliance has been disassembled.
