Bought something with UK pounds (£7,99). Due to a missing part on the item, we agreed on a refund. Such was made in US dollars ($7,99) which isn't the same amount. They absolutely refused to ackowledge this a problem in the most arrogant way. They even tried to bribe me with extra bonus points!
A if I would continue to be their customer after that!
Avoid them at all costs everyone! Con artist of the first kind!
