I got a competition prize after some issues with claiming it. App was failing. But in the end prize got to me without damage and fully working.
I also purchased rc crawler, that arrived without transit damage, but had some minor factory damage and fake lipo batteries. I received partial refund for fake batteries.
Have to say i'm pleasantly surprised by banggood and will be shopping with them again.
