I bought some items and was very satisfied with the price, delivery and the email customer service. The laser cutter I bought had a very long delivery time, but Banggood gave me the possibility to get a refund or to wait until the item is availlable. I'm very satisfied that I choose to wait, because the laser cutter is fantastic.
