It works as described. You will need to use the output to trigger a relay, perhaps using an Arduino or similar, to have enough power to operate anything significant. The description says that both the sensitivity and the reset time are adjustable, but I have not figured out how to do this yet. Even so, it is well worth the price and is a very good value. Plus, it was delivered to me in the US much faster than I expected.
