A few months ago a product I ordered was defective upon arrival. After a few back and forth email communication with Banggood support, a replacement product was sent to me. A few weeks later the replacement product arrived. Upon testing, the replacement product was also defective. I reached out to Banggood support once more. After a few more emails back and forth, Banggood refunded me the amount of purchase. I was glad that Banggood support was responsive and took ownership of the issue.
