Dear Banggood team, Thank you for this message regarding my case. Let me start by saying that l have only received 2 emails dated March 24 and 25 announcing delivery (which indeed arrived). Upon arrival l sent 2 claims about the bad quality condition in which the hat arrived. And after that this is the only email received as an answer and l thank you for your interest. Please resend me the message in order to understand what should l answer about. I hope you don’t close my case as this product arrived damaged and l appreciate Banggood effectively finds a solution. I don’t know what ticket questions are or were. All l have is a damaged product (the beautiful hat sadly broken in 4 in the brim) and a plastic bag branded “Newchic - classic fashion” with a tag or sticker that says POA7229979 SKUF74729 dbJtHEW PCK Made in China ….and that’s all.
