My order did not arrive by the deadline, I contacted the customer service, they suggested that I wait 18 days, if the product does not arrive after that, I should contact them again and they will either refund the price of the product or send the product again. 18 days passed, I indicated that the product had not arrived, they offered me a choice, I asked them to send the product again, of course I didn't have to pay for it.
