Previous items have been good quality. This angle grinder does not function due to a very visible wiring quality issue. Customer service have been very slow in resolving, so far 9 days have elapsed and still no confirmation of a replacement unit. All I get is tickets updates and requests for information, easy fix is supply a quality replacement!
