I received the item (PNP Volantex Saber 920) in good condition and complete. I'm not sure how! The box was not even taped closed. The items that were supposed to be inside were hanging out of the box attached to pieces of packing tape! I inventoried it and it is all there. No cracks, nor significant dents in the foam parts. Terrible packing. The plane itself seems to be well molded and quite light. It arrived very quickly.
