By far the worst company ever. They shipped me a defective product and I am trying to get a refund or replacement of the defective product. I already sent pictures and described the situation.
The ask me to send videos onto Youtube, and 1001 other things to convince them the item is defective and if I don't they won't give me a refund/ send a replacement.
I have contacted their after sales department and they have given me three different email addresses since our first conversation
They are not a reputable company and their sales team will not give you any solutions. The latest email that they sent specified that I need to provide a tracking number to them for shipping the item back to them, and they will deduct the original shipping fee and insurance fee from the product
It is now your responsibility to issue a shipping label so that I can send the item back to you and get a refund.
threatening me to deduct shipping fees and insurance fees from the product is considered poor customer service.
They refused to issue a shipping label to me shows that they have no intention of solving the problem. Hence I have no reason to believe that they will issue a refund or replace the damaged product that you gave me.
Do not buy any item from Banggood if you value your money and you don't want to get cheap quality products which break instantly
