Ninjavan, the shipping agent which Banggood used is the idiot company.
I have waited for almost 30 days, and I still havn't got anything.
Goods arrived in Thailand but Ninjavan can't delivery it, even I told them to deliver again but they send it back to China.
Many times I tried to cooperated with Ninjavan and Banggood but nothing better. Banggood said I should wait but Ninjavan said they will retry sending me (finally they send back to China)
I lost my money for shipping fee, even it's not my guilty.
I will never forgive for this!
