This company can't be trusted with any sort of warranty/repair. I had a Tablet that was faulty within a couple of months, sent several email trying to get some sort of answer. That took at least a month of emails and it was decided that i had to return it for repair. They received it 14 weeks ago and since then i have not been able to get a sensible answer as to whats happening. The quote time for returning the Tablet to me was 9 weeks. Have contacted manufacturer and they say they have no record of the repair, go back to Banggood and they say the Tablet is in repair in spite of being told the manufacturer has no record. So i think the Tablet has gone missing, so i asked for a replacement or a credit only to be told the Tablet is away for repair. Things to note. You can't talk to any one You keep getting email replies that are all the same There is no attempt to sort out any problems Conclusion. If you can't afford to lose the your money don't deal with them In spite of professional web page they seems to have no staff or any idea of customer service. Just stay away from them it's not worth the trouble.
