Order # 14811662 for a Teclast x98 Pro received defective : shipped to China/Banggood for repair , received back w/out any repair done , shipped a second time : Tablet was lost somewhere is china as a result I am out over $475.00 & over 11 months loss of use and of course over 125 emails trying to solve issue. Finally I was paid $ 76.00 ....stay away from Banggood & Teclast NO Customer service they do not stand by their product.....NO service either !! Save your money ! I will give them a -5 ( minus five star ) if it exist!!!
