Bought a CNC Router. It came with an upgrade collet which was unusable due to excessive vibration. The PCB on the CNC router caught fire whilst running a job.
Both issues I reported back to Banggood and they have just fobbed me off with no help or solution,
They are not compliant with EU law and must be considered a risky place to buy from. Thanks god I was there when the board caught fire.
Customer service is non existent.
