Please please dont Buy anything from Banggood, they are purely just can say fraud. I had purchased a DC kettle from them but the product was faulty & the voltage selection during purchase was done wrongly. I had requested them to replace the good product along with the corrected voltage. initially they have started to play with gift points providing me free and some free coupons.. but ultimately they denied to replace the product, since it's already been delivered, even though they are having seven days free refund policy.. I had highlighted them very next day of received my product. (
