i have placed my order 71728575 on Aug/20/2019 and until now Sep/23/2019 , i did not receive it ! up to 38 days now ,
there is nothing , the post office says there is no package here .
the parcel did not arrive to my country yet , more than 38days now!
the tracking number did not get any updates since Aug/30/2019 !! more than 23 days and no updates on track !!
According to all the evidence and facts described and in addition i have paid the ASSURANCE also :
i request a REFUND! as soon as possible!
